Fish Feed production Plant Flow Chart Show

Step 1. Raw materials receiving and cleaning process —

Mainly used for the material of Cereals, corn, soy, maize, beanssand, dry grains and other sundry cleaning and screening.

Step 2. Crushing process —

This process is mainly used to crush to raw materials into powder.We have many kinds of hammer mills for your choice: water drop hammer mill, multifunctional hammer mill, 9fq hammer mill and self-priming grinder, etc

Step 3. Mixing process —

The process is used to mixed the crushed materials with higher uniformity.The feed mixer we have are stainless steel mixer, U-type ribbon mixer, double-shaft paddle mixer, single shaft double screw mixer,vertical mixer,etc.

Step 4. Fish feed pellet extrusion process —

We have three type of feed pellet extruder for your choice: Dry way fish feed extruder, wet way fish feed extruder, diesel fish feed extruder. This process is to extrusion the pellets out, through high temperature and high pressure, the feed is expanded and matured to form floating feed particles with lower density.

Step 5. Fish feed pellet drying process —

We have two type of feed dryer for your choice:Vertical dryer and Horizontal dryer. This process is to reducing moisture content using a dryer to ensure feed stability, which can effectively reduce the humidity to 10%, suitable for Commercial automated aquafeed production line.

Step 6. Fish feed oil spraying process —

We have two type of fish feed oil sprayer for your choice: star anise seasoning bucket and drum seasoning bucket. This process is to adding oils or nutrients to enhance palatability and nutrition.

Step 7. Fish feed pellet cooling process —

The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature. This process is to cool the pellets to ±3-5℃ of the room temperature.

Step 8. Sifting process —

Vibratory sizing sieve and plenary rotary sizing sieve. This process is mainly to sort out the inappropriate pellets and powder and send the standard pellets to next process.

Step 9. Fish feed packing process —

Packaging machine.This process is to pack the fish feed pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation.
